5. Take a breather: “Have a break”, that’s what the KitKat guys say, right? Science says the same thing too. Research has shown that regular breaks improve focus and productivity. Step away from your books or walk around, just to get the airflow going.
6. Work out: According to Scientific America, aerobic exercises improve the brain-processing speed and help boost cognitive abilities. Remarkable. Take time to jog or any other aerobic exercise of your choice. 30 minutes max, will suffice.
7. Music: Classical music has been shown to reduce stress levels and anxiety. Not everyone is a fan of classical music so play your preferred music, (Rihanna…anyone?) So yeah, give those books a soundtrack.
8. Internet: STAY AWAY FROM THE INTERNET! It’s a distraction.
